Terms of Service

Castoff is operated by Beach Break Apps, St. Petersburg, Florida ("we", "us"). By using Castoff you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for your login and for what your staff do in your account. Give us accurate business info and keep it current.

Bookings with your guests

When a guest books your trip, the contract for that trip is between you and your guest. You set your prices, cancellation policy and refund rules, and you are responsible for honoring them, for your vessel's legal passenger limits, and for your licenses and insurance.

Fees and billing

We charge the flat subscription price shown on our pricing page. We never add booking fees to your guests. Card processing fees from your payment provider are separate. Plans are month-to-month (or yearly if you choose) and you can cancel anytime from settings.

Your data

You own your business and customer data. You can export it anytime, including after you cancel. We don't sell it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Castoff for anything illegal, to send spam, or to try to break or overload the service.

No warranty and limits

We work hard to keep Castoff running, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
