Castoff is run by Beach Break Apps, St. Petersburg, Florida. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain English.

What we collect

For operators: your name, email, business details, and the products, schedules, vessels and staff you enter. For guests who book: name, email, phone, booking details and the time you accepted the operator's cancellation policy.

How we use it

To run the service: showing booking pages, taking reservations, and helping operators run their trips. We only send marketing email if you opted in, and you can opt out anytime.

Who sees guest info

Guest details are visible to the operator you booked with and their staff. Each business can only see its own data. We don't sell personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted hosting, database and (later) payment providers to run Castoff. They only process data on our behalf.

Your choices

Operators can export or delete their data and can delete their account from Settings. Guests can ask the operator, or email us, to access or delete their information.
